You are the = CEO of your independent business. A good CEO understands that = "CHANGE" is a part of growing. Many people fear change; they become set in their = ways, and rattled and insecure when change is presented. Accept that CHANGE = is inevitable, and healthy. A good CEO understands the importance of = change. Just look at the last 50 years- even 25 or 10 years - at the changes = in transportation, communication, medicine, technology, = business…

Wake up every day and ask yourself, ‘What can I do to affect = positive change in my business, my behavior, my family, my environment... a change for = the better?' A good CEO affects CHANGE, accepts CHANGE, and flourishes in = CHANGE.
