Never Give Up
"Ever feel like giving up? Try remembering the =
American
airman in a Vietnam prison cell who was on the verge of suicide, when =
he
noticed an ant carrying a massive crumb of bread climbing the wall =
opposite
him, intent upon getting out a window. Time and again the ant would =
fall back
to the floor, recover the crumb and set out once more on his =
impossible
mission. Momentarily distracted, the distraught prisoner began =
counting the
tiny insect's attempts. Ten, twenty, thirty, forty… and on and =
on. Suddenly,
he found himself silently cheering on this tiny creature. On the 69th
attempt, the persevering ant, with his prize in tow, cleared the =
window ledge
and escaped.
Inspired by the fortitude of this tiniest of creatures, the prisoner
dispelled his thoughts of suicide and persevered. The moral of the =
story is
simple… Never give up. Never, ever give up."

Here's What
They Are Saying
"In times
like these, it is helpful to remember that there have always been =
times like
these." Paul Harvey. Sent in by Ron Bearman, Minnetonka, =
Minnesota.
"Each morning on the Serengeti, a gazelle wakes up. It knows that =
it
must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Each morning a lion =
wakes
up also. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will slowly =
starve
to death. In the end it really doesn't matter whether you are a lion =
or a
gazelle, but when the morning comes you'd better be running." =
Laura
Jones and Jane Carlton, New Braunfels, Texas.
"I want to thank Sandie and Stephen Turner, Nellie Jones and =
Jeanie
Sharpless for all their help, encouragement and guidance, and for =
stressing
the importance of Red Carpet Day. I had a ball meeting my Freedom Team
brothers and sisters and meeting Coach and Chriss Tomer, and the rest =
of my
new YTB family. Christ once said, "If you love me, do my =
words."
Well Coach, I'm going to ride the wings of your words right down the =
YTB
Leadership upline to success! Thank you all for the opportunity!" =
Michael
Christian, Hartford, Connecticut.
"I have seen the vision and potential with YTB since day one when =
a
friend, not in the business, told me about some one she knew who was =
with
YTB. I was about to go to work for a traditional travel agency, but
immediately saw the YTB opportunity as a viable option! The future is =
bright
and there is room at the top for all of us! God Bless America, the =
World,
YTB, and Nick and Janice Pagano!"
Dee Dee Klotz, Riverview, Florida.
