Do you have a PLAN? A written plan for your business? You will stay on track = and make the most of your time when you have a roadmap. YOU are the CEO of = your business, and a good CEO understands the importance of working with a = plan; a written plan; a business plan. Your plan should contain a Mission = Statement, followed by a detailed description of your goals - both short term and = long term. Then clearly define what you will do to achieve that goal - the services you render, and the products you sell. Your plan should = contain a budget, and finally a forecast of your anticipated income and = expenses. Then WORK YOUR PLAN. Update and make mid-course corrections, and follow it = daily. Robert Kiyosaki says, "The only difference between a rich person = and a poor person is how they use their time." A PLAN will help you do = just that. An effective CEO has a healthy respect for their Business Plan. =
