No Pain; No Gain
In the
Revolutionary War in the late 1700s, General George Washington =
suffered
defeats, famine, freezing temperatures, and desertion. He spent years =
living
in a tent. Yet in spite of being short of troops and supplies, and =
facing
stronger armies, he forged on to become victorious. On the battlefield
Washington became a master of improvisation, and using his ingenuity,
boldness, and perseverance, he triumphed. He suffered much pain on his =
road
to victory.
Endure the Pain. YOU are the CEO of your business, and a good CEO =
understands
the importance of enduring the pain. Anything worthwhile has a price; =
Success
does not come easy. There are obstacles, frustrations, setbacks, and =
disappointments
on the road to achievement. So, deal with it. How? Improvisation, =
ingenuity,
boldness, and perseverance worked for Washington. Modify your business =
plan,
check your attitude, focus on your goals, and get back on track. A =
good CEO
knows, "No pain, no gain."
